Bijeli zaostaje sedam pipseva. Ima snažniju kuću i više checkera pozadi. Ne bi smio prekidati kontakt i ići naprijed sa 20/13. 13/11 povećava kontrolu ploče, rasterećuje midpoint i osigurava još jedan builder za barpoint. Jedan back checker se napada, a dva se blokiraju. Hitom bijeli preuzima inicijativu. Nakon udara 5, 7, 10 i 12 pokrivaju acepoint. Baci li crni sa bara nešto poput 23 24 26 36, ostaviti će još jedan blot na svojoj strani ploče. Izbačen iz igre crni gubi i neka do tada dobra bacanja: 31 42 53 55 66 65.

  1. pocetak je igre. pocetak je meca. bijeli zaostaje 10 pipsa, ali nakon odigranog 20/15/13 zaostaje samo 2 pipsa. takodjer, bijeli ima 'zatvoren' 5 point (prednost u odnosu na crnog) i nema razloga da se bijeli ne upusti u 'egal trku'. ponavljam; pocetak je igre i nema razloga opterecivati se brojem pipsa (razlika je svejedno minimalna i u svakom slucaju dostizna).
