Plan je zadržati protivnikov back checker. Zaostatak od osam pipseva može se nadoknaditi, ali to je tek rezerva opcija. Treba povećati kontrolu vanjskih polja i pokušati zatvoriti barpoint. Midpoint je pun checkera koji samo čekaju da se ubace u igru. Nakon 13/11 čak je i 8/5 bolje nego početnički presiguran 13/8. Ako crni izađe u vanjsko polje, a bijeli ga promaši, postaje favorit. Bijeli nema vremena za polovične mjere već treba spustiti dva buildera s midpointa bez obzira na četiri indirekta i snažniju kuću protivnika.

ideja: rasteretiti midpoint (6 checkera) i stvoriti sto kvalitetniju poziciju za zadrzavanje crnog checkera u iducem bacanju.
