Nakon udarca, bolje je ostaviti checker na 4pt nego nastaviti. Više bacanja pokriva blot na 4pt nego na 1pt. Dva pipsa zaostatka čine split manje atraktivnim kod 0-0. 13/10 daje dodatni broj koji pokriva 4pt, dovodi builder za novo polje, rasterećuje 13pt, u slučaju hita ostavlja korisnu šesticu s bara, ali predstavlja i metu za 33 46 i 55. Crni ima blot na 16pt, stoga pojačati pritisak, a ujedno započeti ankoru pri rezultatu 1-0, čine split boljim izborom. 13/10 dobiva, ali i gubi više gammona. Kod obrnutog rezultata, odnio bi pobjedu.

After hit it is better to leave checker on 4pt then to go deeper. More rolls cover 4pt then acept and 4pt is much better point. Two pips deficit make split less attractive for money. 13/10 gives white six to cover, create new builder, unstack midpoint and also gives white good six from the bar if black hit next turn. But checker on 10pt is also target (33 46 55). Black has blot in outfield, so putting more pressure and starting advanced anchor at 1-0 score makes split better choice. 13/10 wins, but also loses more gammons. At reverse score, two down will be winner.
